We know that creating a high-performing team takes a considerable amount of intention and effort. In order to work at our best, we made our relationships a priority through formal and informal team building activities, including Agile Retrospectives. At our 1-month mark, our Agile Coach asked us to anonymously rate on a scale of 1 - 5 how comfortable and connected we feel with our team ( 1 = I'd rather not share anything, 5 = I'd tell you my deepest secrets). We were a mix of 4's and 5's. We're a united front with a common goal. We have clarity of roles and responsibilities, not hierarchy. We push one another to be honest instead of polite. We win as one and lose as one. There are no heroes or weak links. For this reason, you'll hear us refer to much of the work on behalf of our team, without mentioning who did what. We're incredibly excited to show you what we're made of.

Blossom - project tracking software. (but it's also clean & beautiful... who knew)
Vidyo - video conferencing made simple. we've been known to open Vidyo during our 9:30am standup and keep it running all day so that we're all "in the room" together.
Appear.in - THE simplest video chat offering that we've ever seen. We've been using it as an alternative video platform when our connections are fuzzy.
Box.com - enterprise cloud storage.
Piktochart - a web-based infographic software which allows users to create professional-grade infographics.
