We are using Agile methodology to develop a faster hiring process and deliver quality candidates to our pilot customer, GID. As we achieve rapid results, we will organically impact our culture to focus on delivering value, quickly and effectively.
Through stakeholder and customer sessions, we have heard of many pain points in the recruiting process. This feedback helped guide us in our brainstorming sessions as we determined what to tackle to add value fast. We acknowledge that we are currently a culture of waterfall project planning, so know that our through our AGILE methods of testing and in an iterative approach, our North Star may actually change.
